Ted was born in 1942 in St. Paul, Minnesota. At a very young age he
developed an interest in drawing and painting. In high school he continued
to gain knowledge and enhance his technique and style. Painting was an
interest and a hobby, but never thought of as a career until he, and his
family, moved to Arizona in the early 1970’s. Once there he was able to
travel and soak up the beautiful panoramic sites he loves to put on canvas.
Ted owned and operated a beauty salon in Phoenix while continuing his
education in the world of art. He began painting the beautiful Southwest.
His paintings reside, not only with individual owners, but in various
restaurants and galleries. Today the artist is back living in Minnesota and
does many beautiful landscapes that include the Midwest as well as those
‘Great Southwestern’ favorites! |
